shipping management in Singapore and Hong Kong before moving into leadership roles. Since 2017, he has led Straits Energy Resources,
overseeing its growth in oil bunkering, logistics, port operations, and telecommunications. He also serves as the Managing Director of Tumpuan
Megah Development Sdn Bhd and holds a directorial position in CBL International Limited (Nasdaq-listed). His expertise in shipping, bunkering,
and energy infrastructure has played a pivotal role in expanding Straits Energy’s market presence.
Sunny Ho Khin Choy, a telecommunications expert since 1991, 34 years extensive experience in mobile networks, radio technology, and solution consulting. He played a key role in setting up Malaysia’s first GSM network and has worked with major companies such as ALCATEL, Ascom, Kathrein, Nokia Networks, Edotco Malaysia, and Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB). His expertise includes network consulting, business development, and project management, especially in 4G, 5G, IoT and Smart solutioning. He pioneered advancements in connectivity, inf rastructure, and next-generation networks in many countries around the region. Since 2022, as the CEO of Straits CommNet Solutions Sdn Bhd, he drives the telecommunication and networking technology deployment and digital transformation initiatives for Straits.
